X-Cel Gymnastics is hosting X-Cel University -  an online gymnastics program designed to keep your children moving and engaged in gymnastics remotely!  We have some fun training videos right here on the 'X-Cel University' tab for all of our different programs!

 

We are also offering X-Cel University LIVE, which is a series of real-time interactive classes via Zoom! Our outstanding instructors are LIVE each week with unique lessons for every level to keep students strong, flexible and stimulated. We have classes available in gymnastics (girls & boys recreational level 1-7), tumbling, ninja, cheer and preschool! You may enroll in LIVE classes through our Portal by selecting the 'Enroll' tab at the top of the page. To participate in LIVE classes, there is no need to be a current athlete at our gym.  Check it out below!
